Booking
we send an engagement confirmation with scope, price and delivery date, plus four questions to prepare.

What is not included
We are careful about this, because it matters as much as what is included.

Our guarantee
We give no guarantee as to what the genomlysning concludes, and that is deliberate: a reviewer paid according to the conclusion is no longer independent.
What we guarantee is our own work. Fixed price, fixed delivery date, and rework at no cost if the delivery does not meet the scope we agreed in writing.
Can be funded
In several Swedish regions, 40–50 % of the cost can be covered by a business development or digitalisation voucher. These normally require a project budget of at least 100 000 kr, which a standalone genomlysning does not reach, but the package with deployment does. We write the application.
Common questions
We do not use any AI. Is this relevant?
That is what most people say before the mapping. The question is not whether you have decided to use AI, it is whether someone on the staff does. We find it in practically every organisation, and it is rarely ill will. It is usually someone who solved a problem on their own.
How much of our time does it take?
90 minutes for Klinik, three hours for Bas. Once. We bring the questions and you do not need to produce material in advance.
What happens to what you learn?
We sign a data processing agreement when the engagement means we process your personal data. The protocol goes only to you. If we later want to use the engagement as a reference we ask in writing, and you can say no without it affecting anything.
Almi runs an AI workshop for 3 000 kr. What is the difference?
Almi gives you a workshop in a group. We give you a protocol with your organisation named on it, which goes straight into your quality management system. Both can be right. It depends on whether you want to learn about AI or find out what you actually have.
We already have an IT supplier.
Good, then there is material to start from. Most IT suppliers map infrastructure, not which tools the staff actually open in the browser. We are happy to read what they have produced.
Could you not just build it straight away?
We could, but then we would be building on guesses. If you go on to deployment, the genomlysning is set off against the next step.
What does it cost if we want to go further?
The konverteringssprint is 79 000 kr and deployment is quoted individually from 250 000 kr. You decide after the genomlysning, not before.
